How is credit repair performed? 1. I access your credit file directly through each credit bureau (Equifax, Experian, & Trans Union). 2. All negative items are disputed. The credit bureau must verify the item with the creditor within 30 days or remove the item. 3. All late payment histories are disputed. The credit bureau must verify the late payment history with the creditor within 30 days or change the payment history to "never late". 4. Clients will receive a copy of their credit report indicating the disputed items. |

What types of items can be removed? Any type of negative item including bankruptcies, collections, and charge-offs. |

Are they guaranteed to be removed? No. If the credit bureau can verify the item, it will remain. I have found that between 25% and 80% of negative items will be removed. However, if an item truly does not belong on your credit file, I can guarantee removal using a longer and more costly judicial process. |
